Compensation: $40,000–$45,000/year + Sales Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Merchandise and stock large-format retail stores

• Build product displays and ensure an organized presentation

• Rotate stock and conduct surveys to identify product needs

• Maintain strong relationships with store staff

• Communicate store performance and customer feedback to the sales team

Qualifications:

• 1+ year merchandising or retail experience

• Valid Michigan driver’s license, clean driving record

• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

• Ability to lift 10–40 lbs, flexible to work weekends/holidays

• Reside in Lansing–Brighton area
